Reflecting on old times. Its crazy how much personal growth you can have in 3 years. Here’s to the future.
Wow. Awesome. That’s all I have to say. Well done.
I can’t be the first one to think that the names of the amino acids would make EXCELLENT Pokemon names…like for real. I love Biochemistry?
Whatever you do, you need courage. Whatever course you decide upon, there is always someone to tell you that you are wrong. There are always difficulties arising that tempt you to believe your critics are right. To map out a course of action and follow it to an end requires some of the same courage that a soldier needs. Peace has its victories, but it takes brave men and women to win them.
yes lol
Music takes us out of the actual and whispers to us dim secrets that startle our wonder as to who we are, and for what, whence, and whereto.
The tide goes in and out. If it doesn’t go out, it can’t come back in. God made it that way.
The single aspect that I love most about music is it’s ability to connect others. You can look at other societies and cultures that basically communicate this way, celebrate this way, mourn this way…I suppose our culture does too.
But its music’s ability to reach out and wrap around the listener, molding the melody and lyrics around an individual…like a sound hug ;)
At the same time my deepest desire and dream is to be a “rockstar” or to “make it”, I’ve already done the exact thing I wished to do with my music, and that’s to relate to people. The people are few…at least the ones who have let me know. But to know that the song I wrote when I was struggling through something, actually helped another person through a similar situation is the biggest pay off I could ever ask for.
Thats why I write music. Don’t get me wrong, it’s “for me” in a way that it helps me cope or express myself, but my mission is to make other people feel good. Because that makes me feel good.
